Bio-Chem Fluidics, a dsm-llc client recently exhibited at Pittcon a huge international analytical chemistry expo. We assisted in the following areas:
Booth layout – in a small booth (10’ x 20’) its important to create the illusion of space but still highlight the products. Keeping furniture sparse but functional helps create an open inviting look. dsm-llc worked with Bio-Chem Fluidics to create the “look”.
Backdrop design – you have about 10 seconds to attract the attention of people walking by the booth. You have to tell them what you do quickly and precisely. This requires big headlines, bold eye-catching graphics and minimal small text. dsm-llc designed the backdrops and supervised the production from proofs through delivery.
Focused, branded literature – we produced brochures to compliment both the new products being launched at the show and the older products that lacked up-to-date literature. dsm-llc did the print layout, took all the photos, digitally processed the photos, created the technical drawings, distilled the technical data and managed the complete print cycle from pre-flight through proofs to delivery of the final brochures! To quote the client “The literature stand is my favorite part. (For the first time) they look like they were all made by the same company!”
Trade show services management – dsm-llc organized the whole show on behalf of Bio-Chem Fluidics. This included ordering and coordination of all the show services (carpet, furniture, material handling, electrical service, etc). New this year we also organized a reception celebrating the 25th anniversary of a big Bio-Chem Fluidics milestone – this included coordinating with the expo center’s catering dept to order food, drink and an anniversary cake to feed 100 people!
